The Bearded Ladies - # Back to top
The Bearded Ladies were born a decade ago after a drunken night down the Swan in Bushey.
No one is taking responsibility for it still. Their first single was released some time ago to a somewhat muted response from a public
unused to such 'music' being owned up to. Their 'difficult' first album, although swift in it's inception, has been repeatedly delayed
due to red tape from record execs failing to see the true potential of such 'shite'. The LP Pognophobia is rumored to be surfacing sometime
in the next few months. You have to admire their work rate really. '...the swan in bushey' sounds a bit like a euphemism. But it's not.

The Blue Veins - # Back to top
The Blue Veins are a London based band who write their own material that reflects them, where they live, what they like doing, and what makes them laugh.
They like to think that their music is fun and varied (and it is!), so we're finding it hard to categorise them, though have been described as "London."
We've also been told that they love a challenge and that they can write a song to match any theme you tell them. So go ahead!

The Wafoos - # Back to top
The Wafoos are an unusual band in that they normally only perform once a year,
never rehearse and the band members are from all parts of the UK.
The link between them is that all members belong to the Air Branch of the Royal Naval Reserve,
performances to date have been at the annual conferences over the last 17 years.
Although it will not be a complete line up of band members at Sail Aid 07,
they will enthusiastically perform a fun and entertaining "acoustic" set of well known songs.
The RNR Air Branch is a supporter of Sail-Aid.
Too Drunk - # Back to top
They've headlined in France, sold-out an album, been around more years than I have, and now they're performing at Sail Aid 2007.
This is The Legendary Too Drunk!
